It all started of necessity. As a result of the pandemic cancellation of their tours and festivals, the co-founders of the much sought-after bands (Warszawska Orkiestra Sentymentalna, Strug Kompania, Warszawiaki) took to the streets, bazaars and parks of the capital to entertain passers-by and earn money at the same time.

The formula for the open-air performances was simple and effective, based on a transgressive use of the skills of a Warsaw backyard band. Accompanied by a banjo, an accordion and a grater (later replaced by an original construction of bowls and plates), the amiable quartet sang old and new songs (not necessarily about Warsaw).

And here they are, the Varsovians in Wrocław. Will they sing anything from the Canon of Stage Songs?
