Cyrk Deriglasoff is a new project by Olaf Deriglasoff – a singer and instrumentalist who has been active in the Polish independent and alternative music scene for over three decades.
After years of searching for heavier rock sounds, Olaf has returned to the roots: melodic, energetic music with ironic lyrics, which were the trademark of his first band – Dzieci Kapitana Klossa.
Deriglasoff – a big name on the Polish jazz and pop scene, known for his many bands and projects – is not reinventing the wheel. Cyrk Deriglasoff is all about good entertainment and having fun together, with a healthy dose of madness, combining rock sounds with punk-folk arrangements accompanied by a powerful brass section.
