A group of ten participants takes part in an imaginary Congress of the Future, which unexpectedly evolves into a space transformation. The participants enter a kinesthetic performance within a hybrid reality that smoothly transitions into a VR environment, calibrated to the physical space and human bodies, creating the sensation of full integration between both worlds.

Fear and self-consciousness dissolve, and the boundaries between the body and virtuality begin to blur, eventually leading to madness.

“XR Congress” reflects on the growing intrusion of technology into everyday life. It raises the question of where the line lies between genuine creative freedom and the digital “chains” in which we are becoming increasingly entangled.

Contemporary reality shows that the last stronghold — true creativity and art — is gradually being overtaken by artificial intelligence tools and generative content, which only the most sensitive audiences can still distinguish from authentic and sincere forms of expression.
