This is the illusion of cosmic order we fall into when we forget the obvious truth established by Copernicus: to the naked eye, it is the Sun that seems to revolve around the Earth, and we appear to be the center of the universe. The characters created by actors placed on a rotating stage — just like us in this naïve version of reality — also believe in the illusion that it is the world that turns, not them.

No dialogue, no narration, no plot. Fragments of memory, streams of thought, scattered reflections. Everyday rituals, signs difficult to notice from a distance, fragments of reality, and the need for safety that comes from accepting the fact that nothing lasts forever.

The visual and musical form of the performance, along with the text structured as songs, turns “Cosmic Home” into a story about the human condition: about being part of something larger, even when — especially on a cosmic scale — we are not always able to see it.
